Currently, Windy City Novelites sells Light Up Balloons for $18.85 per pack of 10 Balloons.

Some Light Up Balloons will cost more than others, depending on the theme and style.
You can save money by making your own Light Up Balloons using Balloon Dec-o-Lites.
Dec-o-Lites are simply the LED lights themselves that go into Light Up Balloons. The only difference is that you don’t get the Balloon with the light. But this actually gives you the opportunity to turn any latex balloon into a Light Up Balloon!
Just take the Dec-o-Lite and slide it into the balloon of your choice and voila! You’ve made a Light Up Balloon!
